Features for reducing eye strain and text segmentation

Great little app - especially like the feature that lets you preset the speed and number of stops per line their highlighting tool will use and then pull up thousands of classics and public domain books up to use this with. Not only do you have easy access to all these great books, but you also have tool that increases your reading speed as you read them.

This is one of the greatest updates ever for an app I have seen in a long time. Thank you so much. You are creating a perfect product

To me, this is the best of both worlds, learning to speed read with the convenience of an iPad and the technology of a programmed learning tool.

It was pretty good until the latest update. Thanks, jerks. I paid $5 for nothing. Fix it. Include calibre sync while youre at it.

I finally gave up on Bookshelf after recent updates trashed it. This app works flawlessly with every book Ive tried so far, and the Feedbooks downloads were fast and easy. The flaw I encountered was a total inability to log onto Baen books and download stuff Ive paid for. Aside from that one problem, the app is slick, and very well executed, and the speed reading concept works surprisingly well. Highly recommended!

This app is awesome! I only have two suggestions: it would be so much better if the e-books available had summaries so that u can read the blurb n decide which book u want to read. It would also be nice if u had instructions on how to get the best result from this program on the app. ie) what speed to start at, wether or not u need to focus on just the words n get comprehension later, etc. ... Other than that, its fantastic!!!

This is a great app. It is helping me to read faster. I only wish that I could order the books in a particular way as some of my books dont seem to show which is the first in a series

Great app. I love a pre set of books and ability to download new books as well. Over time I did notice that my reading speed improved significantly. One suggestion Id like to make is to add an option to read flashing words (with a set number of words) as opposed to reading highlighted text on the whole page.

This app if nothing else give the reader a vast and wide-ranging access to the literature of the world. In my opinion it is also the best reader

Ill get a dozen pages read then it freezes and I have to close the application down and restart it. Then it doesnt even remember what page I was on... please fix it!!!

Hi This is a great App. It helps a lot with reading speed, I have one thing to share with you. I cant import books from iBooks into the Quickreader Any suggestion. Thanks Fox65

Since my favorite reading app no longer works, I have found this to be the perfect replacement and has improved my speed reading skills at the same time....so many books, so little time!
