Hard to use, still have to move eyes back and forth And no easy way to add books most here are free standards

I use to auto scroll and it works. I wish there was easier way to transfer text than cut and paste.

I really appreciate how the app works, but I wish I could use it with the books in my Kindle library.

This is far better than the light version in that you can import your own epub. I am training myself on the highest speed, 4000WPM with a long guide above the text or a the box guide. The most natural for me is a white background, or near white background, with a neutral guideline. Though, black is probably best in dark conditions. It needs an update to have more functionality as an epub reader in general; the reader cannot in the normal mode highlight text. Maybe in need of an overall aesthetic improvement. I recommend this buy over other options because it has a high WPM minute limit and you have to mentally focus to try and catch the information. It is professional in that there is no glitter or goal-orientated features attached to it; if you want to read fast, try and comprehend with the guide.

This is one of my most-used apps. Needless to say, I love it! I open epub books in it in and articles I copy from Instapaper. This app has allowed me to speed read countless business articles and make a dent in my book library (novels, business, and self-help). I feel more intelligent from having discovered and used this app. It has truly made the iphone a must have, in this bookworms opinion.

Great app to increase rate of speed reading which includes access to great classic reads.

Im a really slow reader, so this app is my savior! Helps a lot!

It would be better if there was a way to use it with my ePub books I borrow from the library or to use it with my kindle books.

I enjoy using QuickReader. It has a wide selection of books and helps me increase my reading speed and comprehension over time.

Ive set it to 900 words per min and after doing that 15min per day, after few days your brain starts catching up. Its great. Now just hope retention will increase also.

Even if you dont use it to increase your reading speed, it is a great reading app. It moves you along and if you increase the WPM, you will see an increase in your reading. The book catalogs are great.

Program works great, my reading speed hasnt improved much... But thats more from lack of use.

All books are free too.

Ive had this app from the very beginning (of my smart phone life). Its great, giving me easy access to free content (Ya Project Guttenberg!), and having a simple, elegant interface. I dont use it for speed-reading anymore, its just my preferred reading app. I read academic papers downloaded from the net, and do a lot of novel reading as well. I read War and Peace on QuickReader, and it was a joy!

Just found through recent update. Very good ! Very resourceful

So easy to use. My speed has improved so much more than with a class that I took for this purpose. Great selection...how can you argue about an app that encourages you to read the classics? I love it!

I use this to learn to read faster and it really helps. It used to be integrated with instapaper, so it was easy to go from one to the other, but now I have to copy the text there and paste it here. Slower and a hassle but it works, although sometimes the app will crash in the process. I would like to see two improvements: 1. Ensure the copied and pasted text retains its punctuation. 2. Add a progress bar so one can see how much is left. Other than that its a great app

This app is spectacular. There are hundreds of free books. All the free books alone make it worth the money. Reading speed is quickly increased. I live it a lot more than kindle. It enables a person to devour books. This app is a must have for lifelong students.
